april 25—June 6, 2026
“After years of writing, mentoring, teaching, and developing programs, I’ve decided to launch a new experience for writers. I want Storytellers Screenwriting Lab to be the most hands-on, productive, and joyful writing experience of your life.”
STORYTELLERS SCREENWRITING LAB is a six-session in-person lab for screenwriters who are serious about their work and ready to incubate, develop, and write a feature screenplay. Each three hour session includes learning, writing, and sharing with a community of peers and award-winning screenwriter, professor, and Story-Yoda, Bill Gullo.
The Lab is designed to help writers of all levels develop or revise their screenplay from beginning to end, write as many script pages as their schedule allows, and walk away with clarity on what to do next. Topics will include Developing Characters, Plotting, Outlining, Structure, Dialogue, and everything else a writer needs to develop and write a feature screenplay.
On three of the six dates, an industry guest will present their unique perspective on the art, craft, and profession of screenwriting. Confirmed guests include literary and talent manager Brennan O'Donnell (Untitled Entertainment) and WGA East Director of Programs Dana Weissman. Guests subject to change based on unforseen conflicts.
How to Join: Send payment and a brief personal statement (200 words) and a logline and summary of your project (200 words max) to bill.gullo@gmail.com. Space is limited to ensure individual attention and the most productive dialogue.
